The BionicSite Recovery Pilot

Good prospects are sometimes lost to timing—not to a competitor.

BionicSite helps selected home-service companies revisit eligible past inquiries with care, document every handoff, and connect renewed interest back to the people who can serve it.

The simple idea

  1. 1You already paid to create the inquiry.
  2. 2The customer did not move forward then.
  3. 3BionicSite carefully tests whether timing changed.
  4. 4Renewed interest returns to your company.

No upfront service fee during the founding pilot. BionicSite earns the agreed percentage only when a recovered contact becomes paid work.

FIRST-PARTY DATADOCUMENTED HANDOFFSPROOF OF CONTRIBUTION

01 — The intake promise

A lead list is an entrusted business asset.

It is not treated as a loose spreadsheet or a list to blast. BionicSite records where the data came from, preserves evidence of its arrival, screens each record, and keeps a written history of what happened next.

BionicSite begins with data your company collected directly. The pilot does not depend on purchased consumer lists.

  • Original source data remains distinguishable from working records.
  • Client records stay inside their own account compartment.
  • Important movements are recorded with a time and responsible person.
  • A suppression decision stops the record from moving forward.
  • A recovered contact stays on the weekly report until resolved.
  • An invoiced contact leaves the active report list.

02 — From export to evidence

What happens to the intake list.

The system is designed so that important decisions can be explained later—not reconstructed from memory.

01

You provide first-party records

The starting list comes from inquiries your company collected through its own website, CRM, scheduling system, or estimate funnel.

02

Arrival is documented

The file receives a custody receipt recording when it arrived, who provided it, the original filename, record count, and a digital fingerprint.

03

Every record is screened

Duplicates, missing contact details, prior opt-outs, unsupported sources, and records outside the agreed campaign are separated before outreach.

04

Campaign rules are applied

Only eligible records enter the working list. Message, timing, channels, and stop rules are defined before a campaign begins.

05

Interested people return to your team

Positive replies become warm handoffs. Your company remains responsible for quoting, scheduling, performing, and collecting payment for the work.

06

Results are reconciled in writing

Each week, your authorized representative confirms which recovered contacts became paid work and the amount paid. That signed report supports the invoice.

03 — Why BionicSite can help

Recovery is a discipline, not a mass message.

The work sits between marketing, sales follow-up, operations, and accounting. BionicSite gives that work one controlled path so a promising reply is not lost and a successful recovery is not left to guesswork.

01

Human judgment

Campaign rules and sensitive exceptions remain visible to a responsible operator.

02

Qualified partners

The pilot is reserved for companies that can serve the work and follow up well.

03

Proof of contribution

Contacts, replies, handoffs, outcomes, and invoices share one documented trail.

04

Fail-closed controls

Missing authority, unclear provenance, or a suppression signal stops the record.

04 — Founding pilot · By invitation

Prove the recovery before paying for it.

The first pilot is intentionally small. We agree on the eligible records, campaign rules, attribution window, and commission percentage in writing. Your team fulfills the work; BionicSite documents the contribution.

A strong pilot partner has

  • A meaningful archive of first-party inquiries
  • Enough capacity to serve recovered demand
  • A responsive estimator or sales team
  • Reliable job and payment records
  • One authorized person for weekly confirmation

Pilot terms, campaign authority, eligible data, commission, and attribution rules are established in a written agreement before any recovery campaign begins. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
